extensive training program provided by Paul Brown, formerly butler to the
United Kingdom’s Queen Elizabeth II and now managing director of White Glove

hotels to develop and improve their butler services.

the White Glove Certificate of Recognition, meaning they have achieved the

Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, says that the training has prepared him for every aspect
of this high standard of service and shown the importance of service personalization.
