Your course will include a guided visit to the colorful
Valachenai Market, with an introduction to Sri Lankan spices and vegetables and
their nutritional benefits.
Back at the resort you will be briefed on the various Sri
Lankan curries, cooking styles and methods, and will take part in a lively
cooking demonstration with the resort’s chefs.
Your cooking course ends with you enjoying a delicious meal
of Sri Lankan rice and curry, a photo session with the chef, and a certificate
that you can proudly display when you get home.
