Charming café-bar, C’est La B, is set to launch its stunning third outlet in Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui this afternoon!
With outlets already located in Tai Hang and Pacific Place, Bonnae Gokson, the founder and owner of the popular café-bar, felt that TST was a natural progression for the next outlet as well as the perfect location.
‘Tsim Sha Tsui was ideal for the third outlet of C’est La B. With the district’s vibrant atmosphere and avid shoppers, C’est La B perfectly complements Harbour City, whilst providing guests with first class cuisine and service upon arrival at the brand outlet,’ says Ms Gokson.
With its stunning décor and state of the art cuisine, C’est La B is set to be more delightful than ever, and, having poured her heart and soul into this exciting venture, Ms Gokson is looking forward to officially opening the doors to customers.
Having given every detail meticulous attention, Ms Gokson has ensured that C’est La B will thrill and surprise all guests. Each speciality dish, from the sumptuous Saigon Box - Ginger Lemongrass Chicken with Cold Vietnamese Rice noodles, to the delicious Canton Box - Black Bean & Chilli Prawns over tossed Egg Noodles, are set to be beautifully presented in unique and colourful bento boxes, specially imported from Japan. Each dish promises to please the palate and leave guests only wanting more!
For sweet desserts, C’est La B is proud to present their new signature ‘Lollipop’ cake comprising a chiffon centre, whilst covered in fresh crème and served with candy popcorn, available exclusively at the TST outlet for the first month. Furthermore, C’est La B has created a delightful ‘Sweet Treats Box’ containing nine delectable taster treats including a blueberry, grape jelly & yogurt cream cup as well as a vanilla bean panna cotta & caramel crunch cup, to name a few!
Hailed to be the international ‘Queen of Confections’ by America’s renowned wedding event guru Colin Cowie, Ms Gokson continues to raise the bar with her new C’est La B outlet in TST.
