MONTEREY (April 15, 2013) – InterContinental
The Clement Monterey is proud to announce the addition of two new leadership
team members. Lura Migdal joins the hotel in the role of Director of Meetings,
Events and Banquets. She was previously employed at the Monterey Beach Resort
where her most recent role was the Director of Sales, Catering and Marketing.
She was employed with the Beach Resort for over 9 years and worked in various
positions during her time there. Ms. Migdal has strong community roots and has
embraced voluntarism in a wide variety of capacities, with focus on the
hospitality industry.
The new C
restaurant + bar General Manager is Kyle Wareham, formerly of Pebble Beach
Resorts. Mr. Wareham had broad
experience while there from 2006, ranging from an internship at The Inn at Spanish Bay to Food & Beverage
Manager at The Beach and Tennis Club. He is a graduate of the highly regarded
California Culinary Academy of San Francisco, California, and is a Level 1
Sommelier. The hotel welcomes the expertise and demonstrated dedication to
customer service of these two industry professionals.
