It’s now even easier to give
friends or family a little treat: vouchers for amounts starting from ten euros
can be issued via airberlin.com/flightvoucher, even at short notice, and given
away as gifts. Any vouchers purchased can now also be redeemed online with
Germany’s second largest airline using the voucher code and PIN in the course
of the booking process. Previously vouchers could only be redeemed via the
airberlin Service Center. If the value of the voucher is higher than the cost
of the flight, the residual balance remains on the flight voucher and can be
used for further bookings, keeping the same voucher code and PIN. If the value of
the voucher is less than the cost of the flight, the outstanding amount can be settled
using one of the usual methods of payment.
