Intelligent One-To-One Meeting Management launched

digital solutions provider for the events industry, has today announced the launch of MeetingsConnect, the industry’s first multi-platform, one-to-one intelligent meetings management tool.

MeetingsConnect is designed to be a versatile and efficient way to manage one-to-one meeting programmes at events, supporting the hosted buyer community, VIP’s and other networking and meeting formats.

As a standalone product, or completely integrated with GenieConnect’s other mobile and web attendee engagement tools, MeetingsConnect is designed to enhance the delivery of existing meeting programmes, and puts creating them in an easy and cost effective reach of organisers wishing to introduce them to their event and target audiences.

“Organisers have many options to build the programme that’s right for their audience. Requests can be buyer or seller led, meeting credits can define different levels of participation or the organiser can take full control and create intelligently matched meetings directly. Whatever the method, GenieConnect’s recommendation engine ensures that the right matches are made based on all aspects of their interests and profile, behavioral or demographic,” said Michael Douglas, Product Strategy Manager at GenieConnect

“We are delighted to be launching MeetingsConnect, a brand new product that delivers clear benefits to both event organisers and attendees. One-to-one meeting programmes are still quite rare and resource intensive due to the administrative overheads of current methods. These tools open up the option for organisers to add substantial value to their events.

“The fact that this product works seamlessly across desktop computers, native mobile and tablet apps is also important to us at GenieConnect. We are increasingly living in a multiscreen society and we have to adapt to this in order to provide the best possible service to our customers and their attendees,” concluded Douglas.
