Vietnam Novotel Ocean Dunes opens first two of 20 planned villas

PHAN THIET, Vietnam (23 August 2006) On one of the longest stretches of private beach in Vietnam, Danao International Holdings has unveiled two 6-room villas as complements to the 123-room Novotel Ocean Dunes Resort & Golf Club

Over the next 12 months, Danao plans to open 18 more villas to trade on the region?s growing popularity as the most dependably sunny spot in Vietnam and the country?s premier destination for links golf. Inspired by an exquisite 100-year-old, Chinese-Vietnamese bungalow nearby, the new villas feature four spacious rooms on the first floor and two semi-contained, 75-square-meter suites on the second. Each suite includes a galley kitchen, a commodious, high-ceilinged salon, master bedroom and two blond, hardwood bathrooms. On the suites? ocean-front balconies, views from the sunken jacuzzis take in the Novotels 1.5km-long stretch of private beach on the East Sea, as well as the studiously manicured tropical gardens, designed by a renowned Australian landscape architect.
