SkyWaltz Balloon Safaris announces flights at Pushkar Camel Fair

SkyWaltz announced its plans for operating Balloon Safaris over the world famous Pushkar Camel Fair in Rajasthan, India.

Mr.Jai Thakore, the founder director said in a press interview, that they would be operating 4 balloons in Pushkar between October 24 to November 2, 2009. The 4 balloons put together would have a capacity of 32 people in one shot. "Spread over the period of 9 days, we expect to fly at least 400 people," said Mr.Thakore.

The bookings for the said period have already started to pour in, and the travel industry at large is showing a huge amount of interest in this new addition of "things to do" in Pushkar during the Camel Fair.

In 2008, SkyWaltz had operated 2 balloons during the Pushkar Camel Fair for 5 days and the response was phenomenal. "Seeing the fair ground and the thousands of animals from a balloon, is a sight that we would never forget," said one of the lucky hoteliers who was able to get a seat booked during last year.

Most of the leading travel companies that offer Pushkar as a destination and the hotels based in Pushkar are quite excited about the SkyWaltz Balloon Safaris and have already started to block seats since they know that only 400 people would be able to take a balloon flight amongst the 1.1 million who visit Pushkar during the fair.
