Africa Travel Association's 34th Annual Congress, Cairo, Egypt, May 17-21, 2009

We are excited to announce that Early Bird registration has been extended with a final deadline of April 22. All applicants after this date will be required to pay the member and non-member rates of US$500 and US$600, respectively.

We would also like to inform you that the Official Congress Hotel of the Africa Travel Association's 34th Annual Congress is now the Conrad Cairo, which comes highly recommended by the Egyptian Tourist Authority as a five-star plus property. The Conrad Cairo, located at 1191 Conriche El Nil in Cairo, features breathtaking views of the Nile River. Room rates will remain the same and all room requests previously made on the registration form will be honored.

Additionally, all 34th Annual Congress meetings have also been relocated to the Conrad Cairo. This change has been made to ensure that the flow of events is easier for all delegates and ATA staff.

Room availability at the Official Congress Hotel and the Conrad Cairo, will be guaranteed until April 24, after which reservations will be provided on a space-available basis.

Delegates arriving on May 17 and departing on May 22 will be provided with transporation to and from the airport. Delegates arriving and departing on other days during the course of the meeting will be provided with airport transfers, only if they inform ATA Headquarters in writing by April 24.

Please also note that we are still accepting applications for the African Bazaar, and those interested should register as soon as possible.
