MIR Corporation adds a travel log about Iran

In April of 2008, MIR tour specialist Meaghan Samuels accompanied her clients on MIR’s Ancient Persia, Modern Iran small group tour. MIR Corporation is featuring her travel log on their website at http://www.mircorp.com/blog.asp .

In Yazd, her group meets “swarms of schoolgirls, and every single one of them wants to take their picture with us,” before journeying on to Persepolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to some of the grandest ancient ruins in the world. In Isfahan, a scarf vendor encourages Meaghan to tell all her friends to come to Iran, because any differences that their governments may have, “have nothing to do with you and me.”
