La Palm wins award againwww.gbhghana.com La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, one of the Golden Beach Hotels (GBH) in Ghana, has for the second year running been adjudged the best Conference Hotel in West Africa. The award was presented to the hotel at this year’s Akwaaba Travel Market, which was held in Lagos Nigeria.In Lagos, to receive the award and to participate in the fair on behalf of Golden Beach Hotels were Jeanne Donkoh, chief marketing officer of GBH and Rachel Bruce, Ag. sales and marketing manager of La Palm. The fair, which has gained a reputation for being the best hospitality awards in the West African sub-region, was patronized by leading, hospitality providers in the sub-region such as airlines, hotels, and other hospitality-service providers. La Palm was also adjudged the first runner-up in the Best Stand Design category. This award comes in the wake of management’s introduction of a new, international-standard, conferencing, audio-visual unit; a new, world-class, business center; and a refurbished gymnasium, all in the bid of providing their clients unparalleled world-class services.
