Expo on health tourism

BAHRAIN will host the International Health Tourism Exhibition for the fifth year in a row next month.
The event, scheduled to be held from the December 12 to 14 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, is the only health tourism exhibition in the region. The event, which will host a large number of medical service providers from the Middle East, Far East and Europe and will provide a unique forum for networking, is organised by Amadeus International Fairs Group under the patronage of the Information Minister Jihad Bukamal. Project manager Claire D'Silva Mumm said exhibitors include hospitals, clinics, medical organisations, health resorts and spas, travel agents that offer health tourism packages, airlines, medical referrers, tourism promotion boards, hotels with special health facilities, ministry officials and specialised publications.
