Dutch airline buying seven 737s

Transvia.com, a Dutch airline, has been identified as the buyer of seven Boeing 737-800 airplanes worth $523 million at list prices.


The buyer had been unidentified on the Boeing website.

Transvia.com operates out of the Dutch hubs of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Eindhoven and currently operates 29 737s.

The 737 is built in Renton and Chicago-based Boeing Co. said it has unfilled orders for nearly 1,800 planes worth more than $125 billion at list prices.
