Chef/Owner Michel Richard to Serve as Guest Chef Aboard Regent Seven Seas CruiseseTN Today, Cruise Holidays of Alexandria, located in Alexandria, Virginia, announced that Chef/Owner Michel Richard will serve as Guest Chef on the July 16, 2008, 7-night Alaska cruise aboard the Seven Seas Mariner of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.Chef/Owner Richard is the world-renown and multi award-winning owner and Executive Chef of Michel Richard Citronelle, located at 3000 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Aboard this Seward, Alaska to Vancouver, Canada cruise, Chef/Owner Richard will host two cooking demonstrations and prepare a 5-course degustation menu to be served in the ship's Compass Rose Restaurant. Chef/Owner Richard's award-winning career spans more than four decades, two continents and two coasts. Chef/Owner Richard began his career in France at the young age of fourteen. Richard subsequently brought his culinary talents east, opening Michel Richard Citronelle in 1994.
