NAM urged to support expansion of tourism in member states

Tehran - Vice-president and head of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization Esfandiar Rahim Mashai here Monday urged NAM to rally support for expansion of tourism in its member states.
Mashaie told reporters on the sidelines of the NAM Ministerial Meeting on Human Rights and Cultural Diversity that NAM session provided the participants with an opportunity to raise their view on different issues, including cultural diversity.
He urged the participating states to present their intellectual views and policies on promotion of tourism.
He also asked foreign investors particularly those in the Persian Gulf littoral states to invest in Iran.
