Filev also said that the company has an agreement on purchasing 4 new Airbus A320, 20 Boeing 737-800 and 15 Tu-204ÑÌ. The Sibir Airlines is one of Russia's largest air carriers. The Company's aircraft fleet comprises 62 airplanes, including 9 Il-86, 27 Tu-154-Ì, and 26 foreign planes (Airbus 310, and 10 Boeing 737) Sibir's main shareholders are the Company's First Deputy General Director Natalia Fileva (63.1%) and the State (25.5%). In 2006 Sibir Airlines conveyed 4.9 mil passengers that increases 16.4% the showing of 2005.
