Fraport AG, the owner and operator of Frankfurt Airport (FRA), has partnered with Messe Frankfurt GmbH – the company that runs the huge trade fair grounds in downtown Frankfurt – to launch two new premium services called “Gate to Messe” and “Messe to Gate” for passengers attending the world-famous trade fairs in Frankfurt via the FRA global aviation hub. Guests who take advantage of the new services can enjoy an exclusive transfer – in either direction – between their arrival gate at FRA and the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds.
Trade fair visitors who book the “Messe to Gate” premium service can choose any of three pick-up points at the exhibition grounds. From there, they will be driven in a luxurious limousine to the airport, where a service employee will take care of all check-in formalities. The guests will then be escorted through a separate security checkpoint and, if required, also through the passport control. Then, they will be driven via limousine directly to their departure gate.
Vice versa, the “Gate to Messe” premium service ensures a comfortable and relaxed transfer from Frankfurt Airport to the trade show. After deplaning, passengers are greeted by a service employee right at the arrival gate. The service agent escorts them to the baggage claim and through the immigration/passport control, if required. From here, guests are driven in a comfortable limousine directly to the Frankfurt exhibition grounds.
These premium services cost €99 and need to be booked 48 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure or arrival time. The price includes the respective service for up to 4 passengers traveling on the same flight.
