Moving around the globe, more than 50 experts from tourism industry and government organisations will be involved in showing the diversity of China's outbound tourism around the world in the form of prerecorded and live interviews, presentations and discussions.

Thanks to the technical arrangements of COTRI China Outbound Tourism Research Institute and co-organisers GBTIMES and Dragon Trail Interactive, the possibility of an unlimited number of participants is guaranteed. Individuals and companies are invited to take part by registering already now at www.WelcomeChinaGlobalWebinar.com free of charge.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Georg Arlt, Director of COTRI China Outbound Tourism Research Institute: “The recent months have seen some dramatic changes in the growth rates of major Chinese outbound travel destinations. This development further increases the necessity to look carefully at the situation of China’s outbound tourism in different parts of the world, as will be done for twelve hours non-stop in the Welcome China Global Webinar on Sept. 24.”

The Welcome China Global Webinar is co-organised by COTRI China Outbound Tourism Research Institute, Dragon Trail Interactive, and GBTIMES, and sponsored by COTTM China Outbound Travel and Tourism Market, TripAdvisor China (daodao.com), Global Destination Brand, and Tripshow. Among the supporters are ETC European Travel Commission, ETOA European Tour Operators Association and PATA Pacific-Asia Travel Association.

Participants will have the chance to get answers directly from the experts during the live Question & Answer section through the live stream chat or through Twitter, using the hashtag #welcomechina.
