Breathe Yoga School Moves to the Caribbean Island of St. Maarten - St. Martin

SIMPSON BAY, Netherlands Antilles -- St. Maarten is getting a breath of fresh air in the form of a number of new yoga offering from yoga school Breathe SXM. Erica Danielle, recent transplant to the island and former owner of the Breathe Yoga & Pilates studio in Amsterdam’s city-center, recently founded Breathe SXM located on the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Maarten - St. Martin. For yoga lovers, the number of options for enriching their practice on St. Maarten has just jumped exponentially.

Working with a number of established businesses on St. Maarten - St. Martin, Breathe SXM currently offers daily classes (http://www.breathesxm.com/sxm-yoga-classes/) and workshops in Simpson Bay (Simpson Bay Resort & Marina), Cole Bay (Port de Plaisance Country Club), and Friar’s Bay (La PlĂ©nitude).

Breathe SXM offers private yoga lessons, yoga and meditation retreats and yoga teacher trainings. Founder Erica Danielle noted that, “There’s something for everyone. I want people to experience the amazing personal growth that comes with a regular yoga practice. And, the natural beauty of St. Maarten makes it even easier to relax, release and immerse yourself in yoga.”

Multiple times each year, Breathe SXM hosts two-hour yoga workshops (http://www.breathesxm.com/one-day-workshops/) and three signature retreats (http://www.breathesxm.com/retreats/): The Yoga of Silence, where participants spend half of the retreat in complete silence while meditating, doing yoga, and journaling; the Restore Yourself Retreat, which combines yoga and meditation to help busy professionals and entrepreneurs to relax and recharge, or the Transformative Yoga Weekend Retreat, which offers three days of rest, healthy, delicious eating and, of course, lots of yoga.
