June saw superyacht sales reach a record high across the industry since the crisis hit in 2008. Fraser Yachts sold five yachts across their offices in Fort Lauderdale, San Diego and Monaco. Megayacht sales included the 53m Oceanfast, M/Y Sea Bowld, 50m Delta M/Y Happy Days, the 1958 Custom Classic Fantail built 37m M/Y Montrevel and the Kingship Marine 34m M/Y Relentless.
Yacht brokers Stuart Larson, Josh Gulbransen, Scott French, and Jody O'Brien of Fraser Yachts in Fort Lauderdale, Richard Earp of Fraser Yachts in Monaco and James Nason and Michael Selter of Fraser Yachts San Diego all celebrated these excellent sales yesterday and shared the news to the yachting press.
"Our brokers are universally recognised as the most professional, knowledgeable and respected in the luxury yacht market. Owners know we offer serious expertise, and they get results," said Hein Velema, CEO.
As Fraser Yachts continues to sell luxury motor and sailing yachts across five continents, we see additional owners putting their trust in Fraser Yachts to sell their valuable floating assets. Fraser Yachts reports eight new central agency listings for sales in June including M/Y Sai Ram, a 52m Benetti motor yacht often seen hosting corporate parties in Cannes and Monaco, M/Y Alpha, a 45 metre explorer yacht, plus a 44 metre explorer from Eurocraft, M/Y Cutlass, a 40 metre superyacht from the award winning Riza Tanzu and the brand new Ferretti Custom Morning Star among others.
Fraser Yachts' new yacht listings include two new builds just out of the shipyard and two luxury motor yachts due for completion in 2014. Next year will see Eurocraft launch project name Explorer, a 44m superyacht available for EUR 16,300,000 and there is still time for a potential owner to choose their own interior decoration. With five cabins this is an ideal purchase as a yacht charter investment.
Award winning Riza Tansu is creating another masterpiece in M/Y Cutlass, a 40m superyacht available for sale now and ready for delivery in 2014. M/Y Cutlass is designed for comfort on-board, but will also be highly capable of exploring the most remote destinations thanks to her sea handling efficiency. Featuring state of the art design and build quality, she is very reasonably priced at EUR 11,000,000.
Fraser Yachts presents us with two brand new yachts this month. M/Y Alpha is a 45m exploration yacht with the luxury of a private owners deck, four guest suites, an elevator, the essential helicopter deck and superb interior woodwork. At $ 31,500,000 M/Y Alpha offers everything the modern yachtsman requires for a 7-star luxury lifestyle.
The other brand new yacht added to the central listings recently is M/Y Morning Star. Having just left the shipyard, this 30m superyacht has five luxurious staterooms providing accommodation for 12 guests. With an asking price of $ 13,500,000 along with an impressive list of upgrades and options M/Y Morning Star offers her new owner the highest quality purchase.
Also included in the Fraser Yachts central agency list for June is the spacious 52 metre Benetti built M/Y Sai Ram; the largest mega yacht to be added to the sales central listings this month. Sai Ram, named after Indian Guru Sai Baba, has a harmonious interior decorated with antique Indian loose furniture. The 2004 superyacht was built for worldwide cruising and has proved a popular charter yacht since her launch. She is available for just EUR 21,500,000.
