The award-winning Ettractions ExploreBoard was installed earlier this month at the Kansas City Welcome Center located just off Interstate-70 near Kauffman and Arrowhead stadiums.
CTM Media Group’s interactive visitor kiosk encourages visitors to stay longer, play more and spend additional money in Missouri. Targeting thousands of Missouri travelers and tourists, the ExploreBoard Network drives brand awareness and is an effective tool influencing travel purchasing behavior. The interactive digital touch screen is transforming how and when visitors receive travel information. This cutting-edge marketing tool maintains high definition images and offers visitor information in multilingual translations including English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Mandarin. Visitors can access maps and directions, watch videos, preview menus, and send content from the board to their e-mail address or smart phones via QR code scan, email or text message options.
“Our Welcome Center staffers truly are front-line ambassadors for Missouri’s tourism industry,” says Katie Steele Danner, director of the Missouri Division of Tourism. “Having the ExploreBoard offers those ambassadors another tool to share with travelers, with the goal of helping visitors find more information about the variety of options available in the Show-Me State.”
