Countries from all over the world at TTG Incontri

ABU DHABI, NEW ENTRY 2013: a rapidly growing and developing destination, taking part in TTG Incontri with futuristic projects and international events. Travel agents and tour operators will have the chance to discover all the new features that will be promoted in Italy and find out the latest news about the ‘Louvre of the Desert’, the futuristic Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum designed by Jean Nouvel which will be opened in 2015.

GERMANY reinforces its presence at TTG Incontri taking part for the first time with a ‘national’ stand, grouping the entire German offer. The Italian market is an interesting and continuously growing catchment area, as confirmed by the data issued by European Travel Monitor: in 2012 Italians’ journeys to Germany with at least one overnight stay have increased by 3.8 % compared to 2011.

Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama: the area of CENTRAL AMERICA will be exhibiting in full line-up at the upcoming edition of TTG Incontri. Representing the main gateway to the Italian market, the exhibition has now become a not to miss appointment in the promotion strategies of the Board.

A habituĂ© of the exhibition, TOURISM AUSTRALIA has recently confirmed its presence at TTG Incontri, which for years now has been the only appointment singled out to promote Australia’s tourism offer in our Country. For the fourth consecutive year Italian travel agents will have the chance to become true experts in the destination thanks to ‘Aussie Specialist’, the training programme which tops up the offer showcased at the stand.

CUBA will be intensifying its promotion activity on the Italian market with a set of trade-oriented initiatives: Cuba, which will be exhibiting at TTG with its own stand, has recently wrapped up a Roadshow in Italy, organised with the support of TTG, which was meant to update Italian operators on Cuba’s tourism offer and to introduce the new features of such offer. The free e-learning course for travel agencies that wish to specialise in the destination is also successfully going on.
